Pureclean PUCRC45 Robot Vacuum Cleaner Review

I have been dying to get my hands on a robot vacuum cleaner and this one by Pure Clean is pretty nice. I have 2 dogs and a boyfriend who always tracks in dirt with his dirty shoes! Not to mention the fact that our back door faces out to the woods behind us, so there are always dead bugs and such getting tracked in. One of my dogs sheds like crazy. She is a white long haired dog that leaves white fluff balls all over the place. I have dark wood floors so white puff balls really show! A regular broom doesn't help much because it just makes all the extra hairs fly around everywhere, making it very hard to pick it all up. I hate our big bulky vacuum because it's hard to maneuver around and a microfiber dust mop is really hard to clean. So, you can imagine how stoked I am to finally have a robot vacuum!

To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect from this vacuum. Sometimes, off brands can really let you down especially when it comes to electronics. But this little thing surprised me! It works extremely well. 'Weebo', as I call her, has become a lifesaver! It's no where near as expensive as the 'name brand' and works just great!

You can do so much with this little vacuum. Once you charge it for at least 12 hours before using it for the first time, you can begin letting it clean. It doesn't last very long for the first few uses though. Maybe 30-45 minutes. But I think it will get better after a few charges and discharges. You can either charge it via the adapter or it will find it's way back itself to the charging dock when it needs charging which is super handy. I haven't gotten to play with the programming part of it yet though. Mostly because I find the instructions to be a little confusing and unorganized. But you can set it to clean at certain times throughout the day while you are at work. I just have to move my chairs and pick up my shag carpet because it starts freaking out once it hits the carpet. Sometimes it'll get stuck right underneath my kitchen cabinets because they are just the right height to catch the bumpers. But it eventually wiggles itself out.

Below is a video I took of Weebo strolling around as she took one of my dog's toys hostage for a bit! HAHA

Pros:
- Cleans very well
- Has a bumper and finds it's way around the house
- Cleaning out the dust bin is extremely simple
- Automatically finds the charging station when needed
- Moves at a steady pace
- Picks up grass, dirt, pet hair, and string

Cons:
- Very loud when vacuuming but not louder than a full size vacuum
- Instructions need to be organized better
- Dies quickly the first few times
- Takes dog toys hostage

Overall, I love this robot vacuum! It's a great value for an excellent price.
